  After having to wait 45 minutes after the original boarding time to get started boarding due to the captain rejecting the lack of cleanliness of the cleaning crew, arriving more than 30 minutes late to the destination, I was greeted to the bags not even being on the carousel for another full 40 minutes. With my bag not even being loaded onto the carousel. Many other customers did not get their bags or received them damaged. It was well over an hour and fourty-five past my original arrival time before I even got my luggage. . . thanks for the parking fee for the extra time
