  My prescriptions were never ready on time and on one occasion they didn't fill one because my insurance didn't cover it but instead of telling me that, they gave me the other prescription and didn't say anything about the other until I asked. But the last straw was when I went to pick a prescription my doctor had faxed directly to them. They asked me the name of the medication and I didn't know because I hadn't seen the prescription. So they proceeded to yell from the back part of the pharmacy what it was for and expecting me shout back to them my personal medical issues. I have never used them again and never will even though they are the closest pharmacy to me.
  
  *Made the mistake of having my daughter's pediatrician send her prescriptions here yesterday so that I could get them for her quickly as possibly. I instantly regretted my decision as soon as I went to pick up the meds. The woman behind the counter was rude and seemed to have little knowledge about anything going on, one of the meds isn't even in still, and the woman didn't do the insurance correctly so I ended up getting charged for it even though my daughter is double insured and her prescriptions have always been fully covered. Ridiculous!
