  I was recently in a car accident. At the time I thought I was fine but a few days later I hurt all over that is when I went to see Dr Helms. He was great, he listened to my complaints and worked with me until I felt 100% better. He had a massage therapist in his office that also helped a lot. It was nice to have a Dr. take the time to listen to me and come up with a holistic approach to solve my issues. I recommend him highly.
