  All they do is raise the rent every single time your rental lease expires. To any future tenants, expect to pay the maximum 5% increase each and every lease period, applicable by state law. Also, as a former tenant, they refuse to refund me my security deposit and have given me the run around for the last 3 weeks. They keep telling me that their corporate office is handling my request but they can't give me an update or an eta. They are the worst! I suggest staying away!
