  I stumbled across this and am completely flabbergasted by some of the negative comments written here. We have had nothing but POSITIVE experience with this company and Cecil is VERY GENUINE and ALWAYS goes above and beyond. Hopefully most people have the common sense to realize that these negative reviews are often written by disgruntled people that left their rentals in shambles. Hope that my review will shed some truth and counteract some of this negativity!
  
  My review is based on the professional experience and personable treatment my husband and I have always received from the team at Combined Realty Services. (We have VERY HIGH expectations! Office could use an update but overall very pleased.) My husband and I rent a beautiful house from them in a really nice neighborhood. The last tenants were problematic during their move-out, stalling, leaving a garage full of trash behind and some repairs needing immediate attention. Cecil and his staff handled the situation with finesse and outstanding customer service! When minor issues have surfaced they have always addressed it promptly and efficiently.
  
  I'd also like to add that our last property management company was a large and high end company but very negligent, taking months to fix appliances, not showing for scheduled appointments, etc. We are VERY impressed with the professionalism we've always experienced w/ Cecil and his team. They genuinely care about their tenants and always go the extra mile!
  
  When I've been at their office I have always observed others being treated so kindly, despite the various walks of life here in Eugene. I've also noticed how happy the staff always seem to be and as a business owner, I know that reflects on the owner. I am all too familiar with people complaining when they're dissatisfied so I always ensure people are given credit for my positive experience as well. Cecil is by far one of the most genuine and honest people I've ever met. The ladies in the office are equally as wonderful. We are looking to buy a house next year and intend to have him represent us as our real estate agent too.I HIGHLY recommend them!
