  She utilized poor comparison homes, and inaccurately adjusted our home relative to comparators.
  
  When I informed that one of the comparators was actually smaller in our home in gross living area (as it had a finished attic bonus room which should not count in gross living area) she ignored this.
  
  I asked if she was looking for comparators and I I pointed out two homes built within 100 of feet of our home, but she didn't use them because it would have the raised the assessed value of our home.
  
  Avoid at all costs unless you want a low ball appraisal.
